As much as I enjoy designing, what really drives me, my passion, is helping my customers succeed. Solving problems that help my customers meet their goals. If I can't do that then you shouldn't have to pay the price for my mistake. After all you are hiring me for my expertise and you expect results.

When I work with you I'm entering into a partnership. Your business and mine working together to achieve a specific result. If the results aren't there then we haven't achieved our goals and you get your money back.

What's the fine print? Just this: we have to agree on what you are trying to accomplish, it has to be measurable and we have to have something to measure it against. Pretty simple.
