The Client: OfficeMax Business Services

The Challenge: Redesign business services subsite to improve user interface, add additional services and create a destination for small business.

The Solution: User interface was simplified through improved navigation while the information architecture was more organized. New features like articles, interactive polls, and dynamically built content based on the customer profile created a more interactive, sticky site.
