The Client: CincinnatiBell

The Challenge: Develop an ecommerce subsite to offer CincinnatiBell customers hardware (phones, Caller ID systems and cordless phones) with existing services.

The Solution: Based on the existing user interface, the phone subsite was integrated as a cross-sell within the services area. Services were also offered within the subsite as a cross-sell.
