The Client: OfficeMax

The Project: Catalog Customers

The Challenge: Create an inexpensive way to communicate special offers and price breaks to catalog customers who normally only receive direct mail pieces.

The Solution: A promotional email with a simple no-nonsense design that carried elements from the familiar catalog with links to the website and promotional codes for ordering by phone. This opened up opportunities for customers to take advantage of offers they would normally not know about giving OfficeMax another point of contact.
