The Client: Southern Appalachian Forest Coalition

The Challenge: Create awareness for this organization working to preserve biodiversity in the six state mountain region.

The Solution: As is the case with most grassroots organizations, cost was a factor so the brochure was printed in two colors on recycled stock. The illustrations are old engravings of native species found in the region. The back panel offers interesting information such as "The Southern Appalachians host one of the world's greatest diversities of mussels and fish and more than half of all tree, fern and flowering plant species found on the North American continent."
