The Client: OfficeMax

The Challenge: Generate sales. Is there really any other reason for direct mail?

The Solution: Shout out the offer. This we did, using an oversize postcard (11" x 6"), making a departure from the more subtle (and smaller) direct mail pieces that came before it. The results were also substantial, creating a 7% response rate. We expanded the direct mail program using various offers based on the audience demo.
